ScreenConnect is one of our main support tools at HELIA. It allows our technicians to connect to client computers remotely to perform support and training. For customers that have a support contract, ScreenConnect is installed on office computers full time along with our HELIA Health Labtech software. For non-contract customers, we use ScreenConnect on-demand which means it start when the client selects the session and then is terminated as soon as we complete our work.
